How is this related?

Well, See, it seems to be that food is political. And I am ill equipped to express myself as well or as concisely as I would like. But what could be more important?
I realize that most of the people coming to this site are looking for frugal or simple ways to better provide food for your families.
My dilemma is that food (What is fed upon; that which goes to support life by being received within, and assimilated by, the organism of an animal or a plant; nutriment; aliment; especially, what is eaten by animals for nourishment.) should be nourishing.
And currently not all "food" is... nourishing or even food!
In fact it is a convoluted assortment including all categories of deception
How do we fix that? It's simple. We only feed our families nourishing foods. If everyone does that then there wouldn't be a market for the other "food".
You know I believe in growing our own food. But I'm still figuring that out and unlikely will ever be able to "do it all". So I rely on a farmer, rancher, dairyman, orchardist, etc to grow or 'produce' my food. Sometimes, when I'm thinking clearly, I rely solely on God, since it is He that is in charge of the seasons and the harvest. It is up to me to be righteous and thankful for what I have; to do the best with what I've been given and to share what I have with others just as I would hope they would do for me after all I can do.
What I do not do, is rely on the government to decide what I should or should not eat. Their role is defense, (which they are not fulfilling but sometimes pretend they are trying, I'm just saying their direction of improvement is the wrong direction for me!) and allowing me to make my own choices and successes in life. But they are subsidizing, (oh, the subsidizing!), and, and
..... I could continue, but I'd like to introduce someone to you in this post, and just in case you didn't know.... The media is a little incomplete sometimes leaving the individual to find out for themselves what would they should know.

I don't know of any American or Freedom-loving person in the World that could not or would not resonate with this man's beliefs and his consistent actions based on them. I believe that we as a Nation and in consequence, the whole world would be benefited by these beliefs being acted on. I encourage you to go to ANY of his writings or record and see what kind of Leader he is. Here are some of his own words:

Is it your right to choose what you eat?

Yes, God gave it to you. It is involved in Live, Liberty, and Property. Any human who believes that they can take away those rights from anyone is fooling themselves to think that they have more power than their Creator (regardless as to what they believe since truth is still and always will be truth). I pray that all will find the freedom that they can in whatever their situation and feel the love of God always.

Where did you say I could find that?

Healthy food does not have to be expensive. Any food bought in a special little package marketed toward a spontaneous purchase or specialty shopper is bound to be expensive. Just as the mainstream foods bought in bulk are cheaper if planned for, then so are traditional foods.

I have been building a price sheet comparing my most common stores. It is not necessarily accurate or updated since my last need to compare an item.
If you know the responsible farmer of a product then likely that would be the top source.

But where did I find ____..... and at a price that was actually affordable?
